Pet Policy
Only certain properties allow pets.
The property description will tell you if pets are allowed:
If pets are allowed the following policies apply.
1. All pets must be pre-approved by Management.
2. Limit of two (2) pets each not to exceed 20lbs.(no puppies or kittens)
3. We require proof of Vaccinations and License.
4. You must provide a photo of pet(s) for our records.
5. $300 conditionally-refundable pet deposit per pet
Deposit to be paid prior to bringing pet onto property.6. $15.00 per pet will be added to your monthly rent.
